These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JoBrowser mobile application ("JoBrowser", "App", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using JoBrowser, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Service Description
JoBrowser is a job discovery and application-assistance app that may include:
- Job browsing and filtering
- In-app web navigation to external job application pages
- Resume upload and profile features
- AI-assisted form-filling/resume-related support
- Subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
We may update, improve, or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account details
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
You must not use JoBrowser for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
JoBrowser offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers (such as Gold and Platinum) are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Any free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before trial end.
Pricing, feature limits, and plan details may change in future releases.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with App operation
- Upload malicious content or harmful files
- Use automated systems to abuse job platforms or third-party services
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
JoBrowser may display or link to third-party websites, job listings, and services. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for:
- Accuracy, legality, availability, or reliability of third-party listings/content
- Hiring decisions, employer actions, or outcomes from applications
- Third-party terms, privacy practices, or security
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. User Content
You may provide content such as resume files, profile information, and application-related data. You represent that you have all rights required to upload and use that content.
You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display your content solely for operating and improving JoBrowser.
7. AI-Assisted Features
JoBrowser may include AI-generated suggestions (for example, form input suggestions). AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
8. Intellectual Property
JoBrowser, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoBrowser is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific job search results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoBrowser and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of JoBrowser after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your location.
